Letting Nature Hold Us Through Thresholds and Endings with Maxine Iharosy

April 22, 2021

Maxine Anne is an Embodiment Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in-training. She supports women to cross thresholds into self-validation and inner nurturing, so that collectively we can access caring for others and the earth from a place of overflow, not depletion. She is dedicated to honouring grief and awe for the natural world, both within and outside of our bodies, to reclaim our wholeness and step into our power.

In this conversation, Tami and Maxine jam on:
*Connecting to what around us nurtures and sustains us in the midst of change
*The difference between caregiving to be a fixer versus a nurturer
*Practicing being witnessed by nature
*Using nature to reconnect to what feels nurturing and supportive
*Allowing our senses to effortlessly meet us, rather than constantly forcing
*Embracing death and endings as part of life
*Listening to the need that is underneath our limiting beliefs
*The relationship between having a sense of place and belonging
*Knowing that we’re allowed to be human, even when we’re apologizing
